05:00 - 06:00 (Mon - Fri)

06:00 - 07:00 (Mon - Fri)

15:00 - 16:00 (Fri)

16:30 - 17:30 (Mon - Thu)

17:30 - 18:30 (Mon - Thu)

 

Saturdays:

07:00 - 09:00 (Open Box to all CFRB members)

Membership Options (per month):

 

R250 - Beginners Program

R595 - 5 Classes per week (R25 per class)

 

Teens (aged 14 -18 years):

R480 - 5 Classes per week

 

* Saturday open sessions are available for own training for all

  CrossFit Richards Bay members - Free of charge

** Classes are booked on a first-come-first-serve basis.

*** Discount rates available for couples.
